- A specification here is wrong. This is the most useful email you can send. Manufacturers revise specs and listings get swapped without notice. Point at the page and the number and it gets fixed, with the correction dated on the page.
- A product recommendation failed you. Especially months in. The failure modes that matter almost never show up in the first week.
- A question about fit in a specific apartment or closet.
Not worth writing about
- Guest posts, link exchanges, and "content partnerships" — the answer is no.
- Offers of free product for coverage. Also no; see thedisclosure policy.
